I'm attempting to change my diet to assist me eat healthier and feel better. But apparently it's helping to trigger some really terrible pains. What are a few of the causes everyone else has found for hearburn? I know I can quickly go onto a web page and discover a list of normal things but everybody has distinct causes and outcome. I believe mine may perhaps be from my new coffee addiction and the low fat foods. Foods with lower fat content have a a lot higher salt amount which is probably causing my pain!
